The way i fixed this problem is the discord app within the SteelSeries Engine, turn that off and restart your mouse and it should work. The Steel Series software corrupted my mouses firmware in a way where my left click had a full 1 second delay before it would click; using this file to recovery the firmware fixed the issue.
